SOLDRooks in a Field. (Landscapes 11)
November now, the wind is starting to bite. Rooks gather in the branches of old oak trees like tiny motes of slight foreboding. I read too much Thomas Hardy as a child and my mind plays tricks on me, this field comes straight from the 19th century, Wessex Tales embodied.
25.5cm x 20.5cm. 10in x 8in.
Watercolour . Painting 037
