A Winters Night

A Winters Night
Watercolour
30cm x 22cm or 12 inches x 8.5 inches
A full moon in a cloud scudding sky, the wind is high and the last few leaves cling to the branches. To walk out on a night such as this is to let your imagination run riot, trees become gothic shapes and every shadow hides a nameless one, waiting for a hapless traveller... spooky!

Hello! I have just discovered your blog, by chance, and I am blown away. Your artwork is absolutely stunning. I will peruse the rest of your blog with wonder. I can't wait to see more. :)

Hi Sarah,

Haven't heard from you in a while, and I like you, don't make a lot of comments, but it's great to see your blog again. You seperate your illustration work very nicely from your fine art if you ask me. It must be the time illustration work takes away from your fine art that you wished you could change. They're both eautiful.

Lovely work, as usual -- I'm going to Tweet links to your blog if that's ok with you! Tired of just tweeting about myself, time to spread the love.
